The platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-uploaded contracts), is owned by RegalTechh and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or included software without our express written permission.
Our AI models, machine learning algorithms, and proprietary technology are confidential trade secrets.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide about our services may be used by us without compensation or attribution.
Certain features of our platform require paid subscriptions. Pricing is available on our pricing page and may change with notice.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. If payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features.
You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our services.
Free trial users will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless they cancel beforehand.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for all claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease, but you may retain access to free features subject to these terms.
